We provide car body repair services including but not limited to accident repairs, dent removal, scratch repairs, paintwork and restoration services. All services are subject to availability and inspection of the vehicle.

3. Quotes & Estimates

• All quotes are estimates based on visible damage.
• Final costs may change if additional issues are discovered during repair.
• We will inform you before proceeding with any additional work.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings must be agreed in advance.
• Please provide reasonable notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule.
• We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or late cancellations.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.
• We may require a deposit before commencing certain repairs.
• We accept payment via cash, bank transfer or other agreed methods.
• Vehicles may not be released until full payment has been received.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information about your vehicle and the damage.
• Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before repairs.
• Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy where applicable.

7. Liability

While we take all reasonable care, Autofix Solution Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage not related to our work
• Loss of personal items left in the vehicle
• Delays caused by parts availability, suppliers or circumstances beyond our control

8. Warranty

We aim to deliver high-quality workmanship. Any issues with completed work should be reported promptly. Warranty (if applicable) will be discussed at the time of service.

9. Insurance Work

Where repairs are carried out through insurance:

• You remain responsible for any excess or non-covered costs.
• We may liaise with insurers on your behalf but do not control their decisions.
